Chicago Street Fashion

Description: I went around the streets of Downtown Chicago and I gathered different outfits to take pictures of. From these outfits I noticed a lot of common trends.

Shoes
You know you’re in Chicago when just about everyone is wearing a clean pair of Jordans, Af1’s, or Yeezys. Dating back to the reign of Michael Jordan and his deal with Nike, sneakers have been a huge part of the culture here.

Accessories
In these photos, you’ll notice people wearing some of the most unique and bold accessories Some of these accessories are: multiple stacked bracelets, large hoop earrings, and bright bags.

Bottoms
When it comes to pants, it’s pretty common to see people wearing a classic pair of jeans on the streets of Chicago. You can’t go wrong with denim! Distressed, skinny, and colored jeans are some of the trends I noticed the most.

Tops
It seems like graphic or branded shirts are a big trend in Chicago. In picture no. 3, you’ll see her wearing a thrifted shirt with a neon green, black, and white design. And in picture no. 6, you’ll see him wearing a white Bape tee with the classic camo big ape logo.
