Diane Bustamante
Hi! I’m Diane Bustamante, a social media intern for GGM-Chicago. I am currently a Senior at DePaul University, majoring in Communication and Media Studies and minoring in Journalism. I I have a passion for community journalism and educational reporting.
I was born and raised on the Northwest side of Chicago. I am a transfer student from City Colleges of Chicago. I served as a reporter at my college’s newspaper covering a range of topics featuring the swim team, the chancellor, and different school events.
I hope to transfer my journalistic, communicative, and tech savvy skills to help the young woman of the program effectively use their voice to report on local issues.
Fun Fact: I love trying new restaurants in the city and I dog sit frequently.
Georgia Coriell
Hi! I’m Georgia, a production intern for GGM-Chicago. I am currently a Junior at DePaul studying Communication and Media, with a minor in Television Production. I have a passion for Film and Television with the hopes of entering the field in the future.
I am originally from Bridgewater, New Jersey which is about an hour from New York City or thirty minutes from Princeton. At DePaul, I run social media and write for HerCampus DePaul which is a magazine geared towards college females. I enjoy discussions, or education based projects surrounded on women’s rights and women’s issues, which is what drew me to GGM-Chicago.
FUN FACT: Some of my favorites things include reading thrillers, listening to any type of alternative pop, or catching up on astrology.
Dagny Hill
Hello! I am Dagny Hill. I will be working as a production Intern for GGM-Chicago. I am super excited to be a part of this program! I am in my junior year at DePaul University studying Communications and Technology. I am originally from Detroit, Michigan but I've always wanted to live in Chicago at one point in my life. Well, look at me now!
I am very passionate about film, but some of my other passions include yoga, traveling, and community work. I hope one day to work in the film industry as a producer. I want to make sure that every race, religion, and class is represented in media because I remember how great it felt seeing people who looks like me in really beautiful and artisic forms of media.
FUN FACT: I one day hope to become a certified Yoga Instructor
Jennifer Kraybill
I am Jennifer Kraybill, a social media intern for GGM-Chicago. I am currently a Senior at DePaul University studying to obtain my Bachelor's in Communication and Media, and a Minor in Event Planning.
Utilizing the practices that I have learned in my studies, I recognize how the art of communication can help shape one’s voice. Helping women find their voice and fight for it is something I stand behind and will continue to publicize.
FUN FACT: My passions include animal welfare, health & wellness, the environment, and travel.
Aliza Hasan
Hello! I am Aliza Hasan, one of the social media interns for GGM-Chicago. I am currently a Sophomore at DePaul with a major in Public Relations/Advertising and a minor in User Experience Design.
Some of my passions are writing and music, but all my life, I've been a "people person". I am naturally able to connect with people from all different backgrounds and I love building lasting relationships through meeting new people. Most of all though, I love being an advocate for people and being the voice of under-served communities, especially women focused ones. Ultimately, I highly value the empowering of women and how vital it is for all women to retain a sense of self-worth and a voice of their own, which is something that GGM-Chicago strives to do.
